Exams for Class 8 in the Rajasthan Board of School Education will begin on March 28. The RBSE Class 8 exams 2024 will be completed on April 4, 2024 according to the schedule provided by the authority. The English paper will be taken on the first day of the RBSE Class 8 test along with maths and science following on March 30 and April 1, respectively. Exams are scheduled to run from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m.
Candidates are asked to carry their board exam admit cards to the examination centre. Students are advised to reach the mentioned exam centre before the reporting time given in the BSER hall ticket. Candidates reaching late will not be allowed to enter the exam centres.
When the board announced the RBSE 2024 exam datesheets, it also warned students and other people against any kind of cheating and unfair means. “Malpractices in board examinations will not be tolerated at any cost,” the guidelines said.
As per the details present on the official website for the exam, this year that is 2024, as many as 12,64,913 students were enrolled for studying in Class 8 and only 12,52,127 students have applied for the Class 8 exams for the academic year 2023-24.
Candidates are required to score 33 per cent marks in each subject to pass the Rajasthan Board Class 8 exam for the year 2024. In 2023, 8,119 students got A1 grade and 54,889 students got A2 grade in the results for Class 8 exam. According to the sources 76,139 students passed in C grade (50-60%) while 1,16,262 students passed with D grade (40-50%). No merit list was announced in the year 2023.
